About Lynn

Lynn Deering is well known as an innovative strategist, problem-solver and a trusted professional. She has held positions across the private, public and non-government sector and brings her diverse knowledge and skills to development roles.

As a career counsellor, Lynn is able to bring a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge playing a significant role in helping others manage their career and navigate lifestyle change. She enjoys the relationships that  rise from this exchange and the opportunity to support people.

Lynn’s coaching and mentoring strategies have been adopted in a range of fields and she holds awards for her innovative program design, training delivery, facilitation and strategic capability.
 
Lynn’s experience operating small businesses, as a thought leader, Director and CEO she offers her clients insight, ideas and a fresh perspective upon which to draw inspiration. This brings to her work a wealth of organisational knowledge, experience and high strategic capability.  Her career provides evidence of adaptability and creativity that is supported by a practical acumen, competent career management skills underpinned by academic knowledge.
